Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Satak Technologies (proprietor: Syed Asif Sultan) for your use of DMpop. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. The service
DMpop sends automatic Instagram direct messages and public comment replies on behalf of an Instagram Business or Creator account you connect, when someone comments a keyword you chose or sends it in a message or Story reply. It works only through Meta's official Instagram API.
DMpop is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- If you use DMpop for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
- You may connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure and for everything done in your workspace, including by people you invite. Tell us promptly at hello@dmpop.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Rules for using DMpop
You agree that you will:
- follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and Instagram's messaging rules;
- message only people who commented on or messaged your account, and only with content relevant to what they asked for;
- make clear in your post what a person will receive when they comment your keyword;
- comply with the laws that apply to your messages, including consumer protection, advertising and data protection law.
You agree that you will not:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive or misleading content;
- send anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- promote scams, malware, phishing, or goods and services that are illegal where you or your audience are;
- try to get around Instagram's limits or DMpop's rate limiting, or use the service to manipulate engagement artificially;
- probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or access another customer's data.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of your campaigns, messages and links. You give us permission to store and send them, and to process comments and messages on your Instagram account, only as needed to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for your messages and for having a lawful basis to contact the people who receive them. For their personal data, you decide why and how it is used and we act on your instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains what we process.
6. Dependence on Instagram
DMpop depends on Meta's API. Meta can change, limit or withdraw it, and can restrict or suspend an Instagram account or our access, at any time. Features may change or stop working as a result. We are not responsible for action Meta or Instagram takes on your account, or for messages that Instagram delays, limits or declines to deliver.
7. Plans and payment
DMpop has a Free plan and monthly paid plans. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page and in Settings before you buy. Paid plans are billed through Cashfree Payments by UPI AutoPay, card or bank mandate. When you subscribe you approve a recurring mandate: a ₹1 check is made and refunded, the plan starts straight away, and the plan price is charged within a few days and then every month.
You can cancel at any time in Settings, or by revoking the mandate in your UPI app or bank. No further charges are made, and the plan keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, then moves to Free. If a monthly charge fails, the plan keeps working for 3 days while it is retried, then moves to Free. Moving to another paid plan starts the new plan and its charge straight away and cancels the old one. Going over a plan's limits never deletes anything: DMs pause until the next month or an upgrade, and existing campaigns and accounts stay as they are.
Payments are not refundable, including for part of a month, except where the law requires it or where we charged you in error. For a billing problem, write to hello@dmpop.com. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.
Fair use. “Unlimited” on a plan means DMpop sets no monthly cap on DMs. Instagram's own limits still apply, so sends above about 750 an hour per account wait in a queue. Unlimited plans are for messaging your own audience, the people who commented on, messaged or replied to your account. They are not for bulk messaging, reselling access, or running other people's accounts outside the Agency plan. If an account's use is far above what is normal for a creator or business of its size, or puts the service or other customers at risk, we will contact you first and may then ask you to move to a suitable plan or limit sending.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep DMpop running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.
9. Suspension and ending
You can stop using DMpop at any time and ask us to delete your data as set out on the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or that we are required by law or by Meta to act against. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
10. Our intellectual property
The DMpop name, branding, website and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of any part of it.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not written in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any particular result, reach, sales or number of messages delivered.
12. Limit on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for loss caused by Meta, Instagram or another third party. Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Your indemnity
You will cover our losses and reasonable costs from any claim brought against us because of the messages or content you send through DMpop, or because you broke these terms or the law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute. If that fails, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use DMpop after that means you accept the updated terms.
16. Contact
Email hello@dmpop.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
